※The deadline for speaker registration is November 8th and failure to register will result in the cancellation of your presentation.
※ Please complete your registration by November 14th. After November 14th, you may not be eligible for benefits such as attending the Ice Breaker, Gala Dinner, and receiving commemorative items.
※ Those who have purchased FOSS4G-Asia tickets can attend all sessions except for the workshops.
※Workshop tickets and FOSS4G-Asia attendance tickets must be purchased separately. For those who wish to attend the workshops in addition to the FOSS4G-Asia event, please register separately.

For those who require a visa, we will provide an official invitation letter.
* It may take up to 3 days to process the invitation letter, so please ensure to verify the required visa application forms from the Korean embassy or consulate in your respective country before applying for the invitation letter.
* We will send the invitation letter after the registration is completed.
TICKET CANCELLATION POLICY
Secretariat of the FOSS4G-Asia 2023 Seoul hopes everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend. however, we knows extenuating circumstances do occur. The Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:
Up to November 14th, we will refund the amount minus 10% of the total.
From November 15th, we will refund the amount minus 50% of the total.
Participant inability to attend the event or mistakes made during the purchase process will not be considered grounds for a full ticket price refund.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances necessitating the cancellation of the FOSS4G-Asia 2023 conference, registration fees will be refunded.
When participants who have made payments through PayPal request a refund, please be aware that the refunded amount will be in accordance with the cancellation policy and will exclude PayPal transaction fees. (Fees may vary by country.)
Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies
Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents FOSS4G-Asia 2023 Seoul from continuing with a conference, training, or webinar. Examples of such circumstances can include but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, and presenter absence.
Tickets are sold by the Korea Spatial Information Society (KSIS) and subsequently represented for sale by the ORGANIZER, which refers to the City of Seoul, KSIS, and OSGeo Foundation Korean Chapter. The ORGANIZER is responsible for the event’s execution, and event conditions are subject to the terms established by the ORGANIZER.
Purchase confirmation is dependent on the verification of financial transactions associated with it. Tickets without associated valid financial transactions will be automatically rendered invalid.
