The registration desk is located at the entrance of the Seoul Hall Urbanism & Architecture
and will be open at the following times:

  • Tuesday, November 28 from 14:00 to 19:00
  • Wednesday, November 29 from 09:00 to 18:00
  • Thursday, November 30 from 09:00 to 18:00
  • Friday, December 1 from 09:00 to 18:00
  • Saturday, December 2 from 09:00 to 17:00

We strongly recommend participants come and register on November 28 in the afternoon,
in order to avoid long lines on November 29 in the morning.

Participants who have pre-registered are kindly requested to collect their name tags and T-shirts
at the registration desk. All attendees must wear their name tags within the event venue.

Please be informed that entry to the venue may be restricted without a name tag.

We have prepared beverages and snacks for all of you.
The coffee break is available only on the 1st floor of the Seoul Hall Urbanism & Architecture.

No food is allowed to be brought into the exhibition area.

For lunch, you can use the Seoul City Hall cafeteria. Just a quick heads-up, make sure to bring the lunch coupon that you got with your name tag at the registration desk. Without it, access to the cafeteria won’t be possible.

Especially for those who checked during pre-registration, we’ve prepared special meals, considering various dietary restrictions. If you indicated specific dietary needs when registering, please make sure to collect your meal at the registration desk. Feel free to enjoy it in the cafeteria.

Ice Breaker

Wednesday, November 29 – 18:30-20:00

Ice Breaker with food and drinks will take place in Jeongdong 1928 Art Center, on Tuesday, November 28 from 18:30 to 20:00 for registered participants.

Gala Dinner

Thursday, November 30 – 18:30-20:00

A seated and standing dinner will be organized on Thursday, November 30 from 18:30 at the Jeongdong 1928 Art Center for pre-registered participants. No dress code is required.

* Your name tag is essential for attending the Ice Breaker and Gala Dinner. Please be mindful that entry will not be possible if you misplace or forget your name tag.

Harassment includes: harmful or prejudicial verbal or written comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability; inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images (including presentation slides); inappropriate depictions of violence (including presentation slides); deliberate intimidation, stalking or following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

If You Witness or Are Subject to Unacceptable Behavior

If you are subject to or witness unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify a community organizer as soon as possible. Additionally, community organizers are available to help community members engage with local law enforcement or to otherwise help those experiencing unacceptable behavior feel safe. Organizers may also provide escorts as desired by the person experiencing distress.
