Please complete the Registration Form and submit it before 20th October, 2018 for Early Bird registration. Upon completion of the registration form, you will receive the payment details from the conference secretariat.
After 15th November 2018, participants can register only onsite from 1st December afternoon.
( Participants who register onsite from 1st December afternoon may not be assured of conference kit )

The Gala Dinner for FOSS4G Asia 2018 will be on 3rd December 2018 from 19:30 – 21.00 at the Mount Lavinia hotel in Mount Lavinia. Gala dinner tickets can be purchased while registering for the conference (Early Bird 45USD 7,200LKR / Regular 55USD 8,800LKR). More

If you find you are unable to attend the conference after the registration;
1. Transfer your registration to a colleague
One name change is permitted and must be confirmed by email to foss4g.asian@gmail.com. Requests to change a registered name before 30th October 2018 will not incur a charge. Thereafter, changes will incur an administrative fee of $30.00.
2. Cancel your registration:
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the event will incur a 25% charge
We regret that no refunds can be made on registration cancellations after 15th November 2018 under any circumstances.
