Understanding urban mobility patterns are important aspects to explicitly express a current situation and allow an improvement in facilities and infrastructure to support people for a better life. However, mobility analysis has a lot of challenges and issues especially when processing on very large-scale GPS trajectories. For this research, the large-scale data management for mobility analysis has been proposed by using a cloud-computing platform developed on Apache Hadoop project. We demonstrate how spatial analysis can be fast calculated on this platform.bathymetry estimation from remotely sensed data.
