In recent years, large-scale disasters have occurred in the countries of Asia including Japan,rnrapid collection and sharing of disaster information is required in order to provide relief and civic services of local governments. This presentation will discuss integration of FOSS4G tools for field survey for disaster information collection and Web GIS server that enable aggregation and rapid sharing of different kinds of field information. Further, the system also provide realtime inter action between field party and coordination team. A case study of practical use of the system at the Osaka Water General Service (OWGS) Corporation will be demonstrated to present the various salient features of the system.
